As I've all solts fully loaded I tought about cooling beacause the cover is getting really warm after a while.

My 5153 works pretty good, maybe glueing some coils will help if it's not damaged capacitor or other irrepairable electronic part?

It was serviced in '87, but would anyone service that beast nowadays?

Yes, we have Ebay, but I was looking there maybe 2 months ago last time.
It came to late, there is another auction service wich is online since ~1999 and majority use it rather than Ebay.

Nice idea, but without PCI cards and Pentium motherboards...

XP won't support 486, but you can install it on pII and put that disk on 486.
Setup won't start on 486 even if it have 256 MB of memory.

You really have Windows 1.00?
As far as I know it was never relased for commercial use and was something like beta version.
And it's rare.
