I had this problem frequently in the past
it happened again
but with a vengance
I inserted a floppy and read it from the OS.
I accessed it various ways
and used xtree as well/
all floppies had the same directory.I formatted one, it read properly
but still every floppy read the same.
I powered down, same thing
I shut down, went to bed, next day same thing.
every floppy had that directory
( from the previous day)
it finally went away
2 hard drives different OS |

I seem to remember a simple reason why this happened, it always happened to me, now I can't remember the simple way around it.
I do know smrtdrv does that on occasion also. |
