UCL exceeded its bandwidth limit probably due to some bots hammering the page. When this happened on my personal web page, the site was down for 2 weeks waiting for the bandwidth counter to reset. After that, everything went back to normal. Hopefully this not happen with UCL, but traffic will return to normal on its own.
If it does happen, all any one can do is wait until the month rolls over. There is no access at all to the website once the bandwidth is exceeded. |
