I have a PC/XT model 5160 that has in it an OEM full-length COLOR GRAPHICS card in it. The slot cover has the 9-pin female video connector and the RCA-type television hookup connector. The slot cover is silver, not black. Is this what you are looking for? I just registered for this forum so I know not yet if we can get photos to other members.
Looks like I have to sell this XT for parts, so let me know if I can help.

Photos are handled by uploading the photo to a free hosting site and posting a link to it here. And just FYI, you posted a response to a thread started 9 years ago. Likely Unknown_K has found the card or moved on from the project. Just sayin'

In addition to T-R-A's response:
If you are tryng to sell your XT (as a whole or for parts) I would recommend you open a new thread (like you did for the dcocumentation). That will increase the chance of possible buyers to see your post.
