Here it is...

Image

A Toshiba T4800CT Notebook Computer

- 486 DX4 75Mhz
- 8MB of RAM
- 500MB Hard Drive
- 640x480x256 Color TFT Active Matrix Screen
- 1.44MB Floppy
- Integrated Sound Blaster Compatible Sound w/ audio ports
- 2x PCMCIA Ports, 1x 9pin serial, 1x Parallel, 1x VGA, PS/2 Mouse, PS/2 Kb
- BallPoint trackball
- ac adapter
- Dead NiMH Battery

Software preloaded:
MS-DOS 6.22 and Windows 3.11 WFW, Toshiba Utils along with a master diskette creator for all preloaded software. I just hope all the files are in tact. I intend to reformat the hard disk and do a clean install as soon as I buy some 3.5" floppies and make a base image set. Then I'm going to load it up with some retro games. If all turns out well I might even shell out some dough for a new battery or see about having the existing battery repacked with new cells. This whole setup cost me only $50.

Now I'm a member of the 486 club! Very Happy

According to the documentation from Toshiba, the unit can be upgraded to 24MB total via a 16MB pcmcia card. But that is the only way to upgrade the RAM.
