I still cant get it to work: ZIP 250, parallel:

Not with any combination of DOS 5, guest v4, guest v5 or v6...

Guest just hangs at 'Looking for a drive letter'- even when I madify guest.ini to use only the parallel drivers...

I check the newsgroup and it seems that the iomega began to sell the zip 250M in the early 1999

the guest v4 is 1996 and just for zip 100 only ( for parellel and scsi zip , not for the IDE zip)
and guest V5 is 1998.1 and for jaz and zip( parelllel , scsi and IDE zip ) (the zip 250 is not mentioned in the readme file)

i am not sure when the v6 released.
but according to the time sequence , i think the guest v4 and v 5 couldnt idenfied the zip 250

Hmm.. yes, thats why I also used the v6- this explicitly mentions the zip 250.
But then- this driver might not run on a 8088 maybe Sad

Anyone want to swap a ZIP 250 drive for a ZIP 100? Wink
