Tom the Curator has the OCM back up, including the helpline. The site didn't go away due to the fighting that had gone on there, it was a hosting issue due to outdated information.

as of late friday night och did not respond
not even a 404 " not found"
of late soimetimes the och has been unavailable but 30 sec later it works. |

I've had the same "unavailable" troubles, but thus far it's been steady.
Perhaps Tom needs to look in to new hosting? |
