I supose my ISP uses dynamic IP and somehow, those IP are un-desirable from time to time (From spam happy Countrys). Now i am using a proxy to post this message. |

Nope, i am using a rural cellphone network, But yes, my IP is Dynamic (In the old Europe you net to pay big €€€ to get fix IP)
But, in theory, all IP's assigned are from Spain... |

is it an older analog network? do u use a data plan? tell me what your using. when i was stuck in nevada for a month i had an old analog cellphone hooked up to my laptop, by taking apart accustic couplers and hooking the mic and speaker to my phones headset jack. got a blazing 3.6kbs! |

Nope, it's UMTS (In Europe is named this way, well is the thing that allows videocalls and 3.6 Mb speeds)
