I've got several keyboards that I don't really need, and would like to get rid of.
1 - XT compatible Zenith (84 key) - SOLD
3 - AT/XT switchable (101 key)
2 - PS/2
They're in various conditions, but mostly work. Only one keyboard is missing the escape key.
$1 per keyboard, plus shipping on the whole order. |

Unknown_k, the Zenith is intact, but I cannot verify it works at this time. I had two Zenith keyboards, but I'm not sure if this one is the one that worked flawlessly, or if it's the one that had a few picky keys. Cosmetically, it's obvious it's been used, but all keys are there and all seem to work.
k2x4b52p, I'm testing one of the switchables right now. It seems to have randomly sticking keys (especially the left shift), or difficulty registering keypresses such as the comma. I'll have to try another one... This one might clear up after a deep cleaning. |

k2x4b52p,
Just checked the other switchables. They all exhibited the same shift key randomness behavior, so it might have been the PS/2 to USB keyboard adapter I'm using.
The first keyboard is an Acer KB-101A.
The second keyboard I tested had a little trouble with the "p" key, which cleared up after tapping it several times. It would occasionally miss keys when trying to touch type. It might clear up after use. The numpad enter key sticks, but it's always done that. (It hasn't been used for years. The switches probably just need to be used.) Texas Instruments model number KB-101A
The third keyboard is missing the escape key, and sends multiple keystrokes for presses of the keys g, t, h, y, backspace. Most likely a parts keyboard. (Great for wiring up a PANIC button, eh?) Key Tronic model E03435. |

the acer kb-101a would prolly work best then, i can fully disassemble it and clean it in great detail. I would like to know where you are located, i am in the seattle area and would be able to pay for shipping if needed |

I'm in central IL, 61571. If you'll send me your zipcode, I can get a shipping estimate for you. (A private message or email would be best.) |

I got my zenith, had to fix one key (dirty) but it works fine now. Has the same alps mechanism as my Northgate ones.
This summer I will try to unyellow it. |

k2x4b524p,
Sorry about the delay. There were some message board problems that I had to fix first. I'll see about getting a shipping estimate for you. |

Unknown_K,
That's good to hear. Good luck with the unyellowing. |

Puckdropper, that may not be necessary, i came across one at my local used parts store, i just need to see if it works, it looks like it's been beat up and not-cleaned for since it was new. I will let you know what happens |
