Definitly the best so far to brows from DOS with, text based but mouse friendly and it shows pics. Posting with it now, it has updated certificats etc. and is quite modern and fast compared with Dillo or Archne.

Posting this from my 486 50MHz with 16MB of RAM (upgraded 25MHz SX) using Links 2.28.

I have to say, this is pretty impressive. In text mode, it's blazing fast. In graphics mode it chugs along quite a bit but seems to be more 'useful' than many of the other browsers that work on these old computers. Having SSL support is a bit part of it.

I was testing and playing around and got the graphics mode to 1024x768x256 on this old VGA card. I don't think it's ever displayed anything that high before. haha. I can't believe it worked.

Links definitely seems like the best so far from my testing. Opera in Windows 3.11 is pretty good too but with no SSL support, it leaves most of the sites inaccessible.
