I always wanted a set back in prehistory but they were always overpriced, much like 128mb 72 pin simms.
Best bet would be to look around classic macintoshes.

i wouldn't know where to start huntin the classic macs, my source is primarily a pc guy, i don't know any mac guys |

A set of 4 runs $30-40 on ebay. I have a few sets in use (In mac quadra 950's), not selling any since they are so hard to find.
Oddly enough I never had to buy any, they came inside old macs that were upgraded quite a bit and used for video editing. |
