I am sure somebody here does, but I do not. From my understanding talking to somebody a while back who had one running VLB on a 386 is very slow and not worth the effort. |

Actually it REALLY depends on what type of video card and motherboard.
Generally a 386dx33 vlb board that does not have the 486 socket will fair better performance wise than a hybred.
Remember though a 386dx has a setup that creates an artificial wait state where the 486 does not on most 32bit operations meaning a 33mhz 386 VLB bus becomes similar to a 16mhz vlb bus which is still faster than an 8mhz ISA bus, especially if your video card is 386 friendly. |
