I have motherboard that has power, HD, and LAN LEDs on a small circuit board as well as the power switch. While this is nice, this isn't how the case I have is set up. It's a standard ATX case with standard connections.
What I need is a small header like the one they used so I can route the power from the LEDs and power switch to the case components. There's 7 conductors there, in a white keyed connector like what's often used in sound cards. Does anyone know where I can get one?
The motherboard is from an IBM Intellistation M Pro 6889-series computer. I'm mounting it in a standard ATX case. |

I used to buy a lot of various Molex connectors/headers from Digi-Key... |

Half the battle's figuring out what the darn things are called
I think I've got them "EH" or "VH" connectors. The radio shack catalog (admittedly way out of date) has them pictured. Now, to see if they have them in store and I'll pay RS a visit... |

Well, I stole a connector off a dead VCR and wired the cable together... Unfortunately the board with the LEDs is more complex than I'd like so I've got to figure out what's different about it. I don't want the power LED on all the time... |
