My Lenovo IdeaPad has a Video IN port so you can use the screen as an external monitor. All you have to do is flip a switch and plug in a VGA source like another computer. The screen supports a multitude of resolutions (but not the video mode the my external computer's BIOS uses :-() so any standard output should work. It still does the video out thing too.
Now all I need is a way to use the keyboard and trackpad as a USB keyboard on another computer. :-) |
